Hi Amit, It's a small world ! I was at COEP from 2.40 to 4.30 yesterday at the dept of metallurgy and materials science for a meeting. I am there 3- 4 times a month, sometimes even more often. The next time we shall have coffee at the excellent canteen in the Boat Club section if it is still running.... I will visit and comment on your blog. Mentoring is a passion with me.
